Good Morning:)

How is everyone? I am assuming that I am the only one awake? Its 7:45 here and I have been up for a little while.

Yesterday went well. I ended up picking lasy night so I think my points were probably between 25-30, and they are suppose to be 30 anyway. I lowered it to 25 b/c I don't think my body is making as much milk these days. Anyway, we will see how the week goes:)

My legs are a little sore and I have more bum work on tap for today:eek: Seroiusly, what was she thinking?

Everyone is still in bed here and I was thinking about taking DS for a run in the stroller again. It looks like it could rain again though and I think by the time I am getting ready to go, everyone will be getting up.

Anyway, I hope everyone as a good sunday!!!!

I can't beleive you lazy gals haven't checked in yet:eek: :)

I just finished a run outside. I did about 50 mins. Its a nice morning, sunny at times with a little breeze.Once again, there were people everywhere! Im suppose to do BBW and some UB work from my rotation but I may just get in the shower now and call it a day...

GoooooooD Morning Girly Girls!:)!

Its 9:39 here,My DH is still in the bed,My little ds woke last night with his breathing "grunting" as I call it,so I made DH give him a breathing treatment while I stept}( !

DS is fine once he's had his treatment(was born with acute RSV),He has to have it about once or twice a month,I know he needs it when he makes those grunting sounds in his bed,followed by some crying!
Im hoping that he'll grow out of it!I just don't want him to go through life at the mercy of an inhaler,like me!

Any Hoot,Were suppose to take the kids swimming today(me,lay in the sun:)) I wasn't very good yesterday,but Today its back to my pts! I probably went over like ten pts yesterday:),maybe more! Its weird,its like once I cheat a little,I figure WTH;-)! Im going to walk agian today,this evening for an hour....I love walking outside!

Lori~Here's one Lazy chick checking inn:p,Your already done with your workout?.....High fives To Ya:)! I walked yesterday and started my jogging but my asmtha started with me agian,I really need to go to my new Doc. and see what he says,jogging might be what I need to jumpstart my metabolism agian! I remember when I was younger I use to jog for miles and never had any problems with my Asthma!

Today I will do PLB and PUB! I need to catch up with my June rotation! I am in week 3!

Amelia, yes, jogging may be just exactly what you need to wake up your metabolism again. I think it's worth a serious try.

Belinda, you are doing PUB AND PLB today??????? :+ Silly girl!

Yes, Amelia, I'm going back through my logs in the Cathe calendar and realize that when I was losing weight successfully I was almost every day adding at least a 30-45 cardio session even on my weight days... and i was also scrupulously logging nutrition to meet 1200-1600 high quality calories a day.

So I know what I need to do }( Gotta get this last 7-8 lbs off before the Cathe Road Trip :7 :7 :7

Hey Girly Girls:)!

Well we got back from swimming and Im a red tomatoe:eek:! I meant to put on 35 spf sunblock but put on 4 instead,the bottles where similarx( !

Belinda~Hey,I just checked out your picturetrail...very nice! Where are you at in there? And To answer your question from earlier,I've decided to do the March 07' rotation starting tommorrow!:7 Im excited on starting it although I don't have all the workouts stated in the rotation!

Cheryl~I'm going to the doc. soon about my asthma so I can start jogging more! Its very agravating to start something,get excited about it,then have to stop because of my darn asthma! I don't get it,step never upsets my asthma. Weird! So,What Cardio did you do you end up doing today! I did the Rest cardio;-),LOL!

for Push Pull you can use Muscle Endurance or Muscle Max

I did LIC cardio timesaver (48 min) plus 15 min of IMAX3 step cardio only for a total of about an hour, plus the abs and stretch from Muscle Max. Just right.

I'm journaling nutrition again strictly and am adding back in more cardio. Gotta mix things up, like Amelia!
