Good Morning:)

Belinda, good job on the workout!

Where as everyone been the past few days? I think we need to recruit some new members:)

Im not feeling up to par and I have a girls night planned tonight. I feel better then I did yeterday evening but I felt really icky yesterday and didn't eat any supper. I think I am getting the cold. I did have a little snack before I went to bed though. Im going to do a little research shortly, go through some older post to see what I weighed a month ago. Partly b/c I skipped supper yesterday, today I was 120.9:eek: Im starting to get embarassed writing this b/c I don't want you guys to think I am starving myself! Thats 3 lbs this week! Here is an example of what I ate Thurs ( I didn't eat much yesterday cause I was sick)
M-All Bran bar
75 mins run
L-egg,english muffin, cheese, and a yogurt
S-Fruit
D-Ceaser salad, Chicken
S-Went out for wings, nachos and a drink

I have BM 2 planned today. Its raining again! I don't think I am going to do the normal version, Im gonna do a premix and if DS as a nice long nap, maybe a full body workout to!

well todays workout is a nice long walk around the neigborhood with my ankle weights! Im gonna try for an hour! I was so sore yesterday I didn't workout at all:-(. I could barely walk and getting up after sitting was agonizing:-(!

I've got some bad news,The company my DH works for is cutting pay by 15% and is doing away with Christmas bonuses this year:( so Im thinking about getting a part-time job in the evenings that doesn't conflict with my school schedule. Im not sure how I will fit everything in-I've got a full plate as it is! Its either that or DH find another job and he doesn't think this "cut" will last that long!

so anyways...I'll bbl!
 
Good morning. I got a slow start this morning. The boys actually let me sleep in until 8 am (miracle of miracles). There were a couple of interruptions for Isaac to tell me he had to pee (don't know why he has to keep me informed when he does it himself) and to tell me he was hungry (I told him he could fix himself breakfast but he didn't).

Now we've all finally had breakfast and I have another headache.

I get way too many headaches when it's my TOM. Need to talk to the doc about that, I guess. Anyway, I've also got cold symptoms (sneezing, runny nose)--probably related to the weather change--it's finally cool here.

Our only plans today are to walk out around the village (I love how they call them villages here). We'll go to the library and check out some videos, go to the pharmacy for a prescription, and maybe pop into a couple of the shops. Brian is somewhere on the way to South Africa.

Yesterday I ended up not working out at all

because of a massive headache (not quite a migraine, at least) and a general lack of energy. Then my period started today so that made sense. Today I hope to do some sort of circuit workout to make up for yesterday. Maybe I'll try Circuit Max--I've owned it for a while but never tried it.

Hi Belinda--great workout!

Lori, if you only weigh 120.9, then maybe it's best you don't do all of BM2--it's not like you need that much cardio. ;) Good idea to do a premix. Hope you feel better tonight before your girl's night.

Amelia, sorry to hear the bad news about your DH's company having trouble. Hopefully he is right and it is a temporary thing. I hope this doesn't mess with your schoolwork too much. Good luck and hugs from me.

This internet connection is becomming a real pain in my side! Ugh! It keeps booting me off!

Im far from myself today. Sooooooooooo moody! I don't want to do anything but yet, I WANT to do everything. My plans today were to workout, get DS ready, go uptown, drop by a friends house...yada yada. So far, I have completed MM and I think thats all my body is going to let me do today. I really wanted to get a good workout in cause chances are, I won't get one in tomorrow.

Amelia, have a good walk! I wish the weather were nice enough here to go for a stroll!

Laine, hope your head feels better soon. I use to get headaches when I was a child and they weren't pretty! I feel your pain.

So, so far today I have done MM. Im going to get in the shower and go about my day. You never know, I may get energy for something later!

Ok, girl, I've figured out how you lose so much weight. You do MM and feel you didn't get a good enough workout in for the day. If I do MM, I think, "Great job! All done for the day!" and pat myself on the back. Then I eat something. ;) Just kidding, I actually eat better when I work out because I don't want to waste the workout. I am definitely not as fit as you are, though.

yep,Lainie I agree,Lori definatly runs circles around me when It comes to working out,LOL! If I do PH or something similar im done for the day....I think I tried one time to workout twice a day(or do two workouts at one time) and felt like I was overtraining,guess im not as fit as lori either! Thanks for the hugs,I've got my fingers crossed too! I would to live in a town that has villages,that would be so neat! Im a country girl,so anything thats not city like Im for anyway! I had to go to atlanta last week(live about 40miles west of atl) with my DM and I was ready to scream with the one-way streets...AAARRRGG! I hope your headache goes away for ya soon!

Lori-Im sorry your having one of those days!I hate those days,I think its hormonal with me,they usualy come about two weeks before my period! Great job on your MM workout....I think your doing so well and Im so proud of you.Please don't be so hard on yourself when you don't workout!You look awesome!! Have fun tonight at girls night!
 
Lori, ditto to what Amelia said, plus, don't be hard on yourself about losing weight. If it gets to the point that you feel you're losing too much, then see a doctor about it but don't worry if other people think you are too skinny. Most of the us are too fat these days!

You guys are to sweet!:) Im feeling a little better but as soon as I lay down and shut my eyes, DS woke up. Then a friend called so that kind of lifted my spirits a little. Its just DS and I in the house all day, the rain and not talking, is making me lazy!!!

My mom told me I was getting to skinny...but what do she know?;) LOL She just wants us to weigh the same! LOL We have for a while so therefore she thought the two of us were the same size. One day I got tired of it so I threw a pair of jeans at her and told her to try them on. She got them as far as her knees and then she started to giggle. Seriously though, if my sister or I don't want an article of clothing anymore my mom thinks it will fit her. Im not sure what world she is living in but I think I would like to live there:) :)

I do workout alot but its the way Ive always been. Actually, I think a few yrs ago I use to workout more. I can remember working out in the morning and then working out in the evening after DD was in bed. I don't do that anymore but if I have time I like to get two workouts in back to back.

Anyway...just kind of bored here. I need to get to the liquor store but when I looked the truck was gone. I thought DH had left it home for me...I was wrong. Other then that, just DS and I hanging in the family room.Ill try to take some pics tonight and post them!

LOL Lori,DH and I already hit the liquor store when we went grocery shopping! Its Margaritaville tonight(mango margarita's too,my favorite:9 ) Have fun tonight!
