Good morning. I got a slow start this morning. The boys actually let me sleep in until 8 am (miracle of miracles). There were a couple of interruptions for Isaac to tell me he had to pee (don't know why he has to keep me informed when he does it himself) and to tell me he was hungry (I told him he could fix himself breakfast but he didn't).
Now we've all finally had breakfast and I have another headache.
I get way too many headaches when it's my TOM. Need to talk to the doc about that, I guess. Anyway, I've also got cold symptoms (sneezing, runny nose)--probably related to the weather change--it's finally cool here.
Our only plans today are to walk out around the village (I love how they call them villages here). We'll go to the library and check out some videos, go to the pharmacy for a prescription, and maybe pop into a couple of the shops. Brian is somewhere on the way to South Africa.
Yesterday I ended up not working out at all
because of a massive headache (not quite a migraine, at least) and a general lack of energy. Then my period started today so that made sense. Today I hope to do some sort of circuit workout to make up for yesterday. Maybe I'll try Circuit Max--I've owned it for a while but never tried it.

Lori, if you only weigh 120.9, then maybe it's best you don't do all of BM2--it's not like you need that much cardio.

Good idea to do a premix. Hope you feel better tonight before your girl's night.
Amelia, sorry to hear the bad news about your DH's company having trouble. Hopefully he is right and it is a temporary thing. I hope this doesn't mess with your schoolwork too much. Good luck and hugs from me.
