Weight watchers....monday Nov.19

Good Morning ladies!

I've got some MAJOR butt DOMS today:7 I think its because I increased my weight on the squats yesterday and well the fact that I did B&G's too;-) Todays workout is LIC,premix 3. I don't want to go to school tonight because I KNOW my instructor will make me do the test that I missed on wednsdayx(-atleast I will get to take it home:)

Oh Belinda,the flu? Hugs to you,Im sorry-the flu really stinks,Im sending you some chicken noodle soup (hopefully your able to eat)take care of yourself.Do you think you picked it up on your recent trip? I hope you feel better real soon!

I still feel like crap, but I will try to get a workout in today!

Good news my friend form El Paso and her DH are coming for Thnaksgiving to Grafenwoehr this week, that means I will get my new 4DS DVD's this week! I am so excited!

I met Dr.John Gray, the author of the " Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" in Bernkastel-Kues/Germany! He is very funny!

Amelia - Butts and Glutes is a tough workout! Great job! Have fun with LIC premix 3 today!!

Good morning WW!

So, in my logic, today is really Wednesday, b/c of the Holiday. So I am thinking that in my head...Wednesday--3 days left of the week.


I must get a run in today. I ate a late supper and I didn't weigh myself this morning, because I am sure it will show up on the scale. So todays plan is at least a 3 mile run, and then my SIL and I are doing Shoulders and Arms, and abripper. That should take care of it. Plus eating clean, which is going nicely.

Belinda--I read John Gray's book years ago, he had some ok points in it. That is neat you got to meet him. How fun your friends are coming to visit.

Amelia--good luck on your test today. At least it sounds like it's a take home kind. Not as bad.

Maybe I will try and check in later..have a great day and great workouts everyone.

Hey--where is everyone? I am lonely...

Anyway, I finished my w/o. I did a 3 mile run, Shoulders/Arms, and ABX. I was loving my run I would have like to gone further, but i knew I had to get home and do weights, so I just did 3 and called it a day. I am going to try and do 3 runs this week. Want to keep the Thanksgiving Feast in check with cardio.

Carrie,Great job on your run and weights! Have fun at work! I agree that the cardio will definitely keep that t-day feast in check!

I also have some GREAT news,my MIL isn't having a thanksgiving dinner}( Thats one less meal I have to worry about! so far,thursday at my moms and then friday here at my house(just my family,DH and kids)

Im done with my workout! Did LIC-Upperbody circuit premix,it was fun! Im proud of myself because I did ALL the bicep work with a 20pd barbell(even the ones w/bands :eek: ;-))!

I had to take my ds to the doc's today,he woke up with alot of green and yellow mucus running from his nose,the doc said he was fine and prescribed him some anitibiotics to start on wednsday if it doesn't go away before then.
So,the nurse weighed ds and ya know I was ACHING to jump on the scale,i was sorry I did because it said I weighed 13pds more then what I weighed a few mnths back(of course it could be the scale),I have to also keep in mind that I was wearing sneakers,blue jeans,t-shirt and a hoodie(forgot to take off my hoodie,Duh)...so I figure all that weighed thirteen pds,LOL(ok,I hope;-))anyhoot,Im not worried about it because my clothes still fit the same well,acually my jeans are getting loser:eek:! bbl

Belinda, so sorry you are sick!! Ugh, I got over all my yucky cold virus crap I had and have been feeling great the last week. I hope you can get well soon.

Amelia, great news on Thanksgiving:) That's nice you only have a couple of dinners to go to. It sure can get overwhelming around the holidays with all the activities. Awesome job on the workout, I can't WAIT to get LIC (my sis is giving it to me for Christmas). Sorry to hear your little one is sick, but glad he's gotten started on antibiotics.

Carrie, hello! Nice job on the running!! I do like to run, but miss my running partner (my sis) we used to run together all the time but now she lives in TX with her family:( I am really thinking I might try to get back into it this Spring and load my little guy up in our jogger.

Well, didn't do an offical workout yesterday, however, I did do yardwork (raking and bagging leaves) for about 2 hours yesterday afternoon. That was enough of a workout for me:) Tonight is elliptical intervals and some corework. I'll check back in tomorrow.

Hi everyone. No workout today. :( I had physical therapy this morning (which is a little bit of a workout). Then this afternoon I had a Thanksgiving party at Isaac's school, so I've been busy most of the day. I think I'll squeeze in a little stretch-type workout in a few minutes and that will be it. Of course, all I'm doing right now besides the PT is upper body or yoga. I do a little lower body but mostly floor work that is gentle on the ankle. Not burning many calories with just upper body or yoga!

I hope to BBL for personals, but for now I have to finish a lot of laundry. So little time to get everything done today!
