Weight Watchers Materials

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can obtain the materials for weight watchers without having to join? I am a stay at home mom who cannot afford to shell out any money for weight watchers at this time. I do believe that I can do this on my own. I had great success with the original 123 program and am looking to shed some baby weight and I like the discipline, as well as the freedom weight watchers provides.
