Weight Watchers..help, I searched but can't find

The WW I do is from a few years back - every food has a point value and you get a certain amount of points based on how much you weigh.

Unfortunately, the more you lose, the fewer points you get. I get 25 points per day and eat whatever I want.

Did this method have a name?

Susan, that used to be called the Points plan, they renamed it the Flex plan 2 years ago when Core came out.

The restaurant website, www.dwlz.com, is run by a WW member (dwlz=dottie's weight loss zone). It has grown exponentially since I first started using it! I think it is as accurate as can be, based on the information from the restaurants. Dottie has members contact restaurants for their information and updates as menus change. I've compared a few items and they seem to be accurate to me. Anytime you eat in a restaurant it's probably off a point or 2 (or more?) either way, just depends on who's working that day!

When I was losing weight, my family would either have to eat at a restuarant on the list :) or I'd print out the list for that restaurant ahead of time. It helped me avoid some caloric mistakes!

Yes, you get everything you need on-line. You won't have a points guide to carry with you. A friend gave me an extra one and an exercise points slide which I found helpful to carry around in my purse and use at the grocery store. I believe you can order whatever you want, but you will have on-line access to everything you need. We are going out of town this weekend and then I will probably sign up if not before we leave, just so everything is ready to go for me when I get back. WW is good for me b/c it encourages me to make healthier choices...the higher the fiber the lower the point value, usually. I've ALMOST talked myself into signing up again. If I could lose and KEEP OFF 10 pounds I would be so happy!

Thanks Angela!!!:) :)

....BTW.....LOVE LOVE LOVING Paula's Choice! I have since ordered her Hair and Body Shampoo and prefer it over my higher priced salon shampoos. Now I use it for everthing! I also ordered a kazillion samples so I think when my next shipment comes I will have tried everthing they have....almost!! I have had an exacerbation of acne but I think that is related to an increase in one of my meds.??
I am real lazy with the AHA stuff...wonder if I could just put a drop of that in my moisturizer?? Sometimes it feels like slathering it all over is too much...especially when I first get out of the shower and my skin is begging for moisturizer FIRST!;-) I searched for that question on her site, but to no avail. Seems like you wouldn't need that much anyway to do the trick??

Oooooppsss, sorry for hijacking the thread! Oh, but wait!! It is MY thread to begin with, lol:p

Janice, girl, USE that exfoliant stuff...that is what helps all the other products work. Am I gonna have to come over and do your skin care regime for you? Hey, maybe Paula could come out with an automatic skin regime machine that does everything for you...tee hee! 'Glad you are liking the stuff. As you know, I consider it my miracle wonder for clearing my skin up. I have to say, as faithful as I've been, THIS week I had 2 BAD ones and it has been over a year since I've broken out like that....hmmmmm

Have a great weekend!

P.S. Put the moisturizer on right after the exfoliant...your skin will DRINK it up!
