Weight watchers?Good plan for muscle building/fatloss?

Is weight watchers a good plan for fatloss/musclebuilding? Please let me know what you think!!!

Weight Watchers is basically assistance with general weight loss. It addresses more clean eating and portion control which of course will help you lose weight. You'll need to lift heavy weights to build muscle and increase your protein intake. Then incorporate cardio to lose the fat. I have had success following the ww program and incorporating Cathe workouts as well, and am actually doing that now.
