Its sunny here again today so we will be going for a run within the next hour. I will also do abs when I get home.

Yippee,its friday!

Well,Im a walking dom today,LOL! B&G's ain't no joke(thought I'd throw in some southern words;-)) Im not sure what workout Im doing,might just do a hour walk this evening! I'm thinking about taking my kids(since dd is home because of fall break)to a local park that has a humongous play area,that should be fun for them! And the weather is gourgeous!

Whats everybodies plans this weekend,we might take the kids to sixflags on sat,not sure yet!

Amelia, I bet you are sore from the workout! And it was your first time doing it? Ouch!!!!
I am having a girls night tomorrow night so thats my only plans. DH is working all weekend so we will just be hang'in tomorrow. I will probably be bored most of the day actually, unless I put in a super long workout but thats not easy to do with DS in the house:) And then there are no t.v shows on, and I can't go shopping again or Ill be killed;) He noticed last night that I had a new shirt on, didn't help that the tag was still on but when I looked he had a new shirt on to! So tit for tat:7 I have the tags left on 3 of the shirts I bought last week and I am thinking about returning them for an exchange.3 of them tie around the waist and Im not so sure I will actually wear them. Also, I think the dressing room mirror makes you look better then you actually do!!!
Must go tidy up somemore. I am waiting for my running pants to come out of the dryer!

Good morning girls.

Got the big one off to school and have a few minutes before I take the little one to preschool. Then I'm going to Target to get a few things and some groceries. I wish we had a SuperTarget around here with a full grocery store; our Target has a pretty small food section. I'm hoping to finally get a Bosu today. I think I've made enough room for it in my workout storage window seat.

Yesterday I did a Kari Anderson step workout (just 30 minutes) and then I did part of GS Legs, and my ankle really bothered me last night--still some twinges today. I haven't decided yet how that will affect today's workout. I will either do Janis Saffell's Hardcore Kickbox Circuit which includes using small handweights so I can get some sort of upper body work while I'm at it. Or I might do a Cathe circuit or I might do a regular step workout and add on some upper body work. I just want to do what strikes my fancy today.

Ooh, Amelia, Six Flags sounds fun--haven't been to one of those in ages. I have no particular weekend plans as DH is out of town. I might even have trouble making it to church with the boys without him. I do plan to go to the library one day. Big excitement, huh? Good luck with those B&G DOMs!

Lori, I always have that problem with dressing room mirrors! :) But I bet you look pretty great in anything--I've seen your pictures and I know your weight. ;)

I have some pants to exchange myself. I bought them in petite thinking I'd wear them with flats--then I went and bought high heeled boots that I'd like to wear with them. So now I want them in a regular size after all. (Regular size I wear with boots and petites are good with flats for me--but I'm 5'5" so I'm not quite exactly petite). I'd go exchange today but I doubt I'll have time to do that plus Target while Ewan's in school--will have to wait until Monday or so.

OK, gotta run take this one to school!

I did 30 min. cardio at the gym plus leg work and in at night I did Cardio Kicks! My legs are sore today!

Today I will do Circuit Max and Stretch Max 3! Off to my workout!

lori Grafenwoehr has a 65,190 sq ft - modern sports complex( with indoor running track) !! The Army spent $ 19 Mi. on the Fitness Center! It just oben a few month ago! It is beautiful! Yoga, Spinning, body pump, circuit training, and butts& guts are free!!!!!!I will post a picture as soon as I have my own PC. Oh! I used the eliptical at the gym yesterday!

Wow, Belinda! That sounds awesome and it also sounds like alot of dough!!!! I bet you enjoy it there! Good job on the workout!

Laine, I have the same prob with pants. It seems these days everything comes with a 34" inseam and the petites are to short, so what to do? Then by the time you buy the jeans that have a 34" inseam and get them heamed...you've spent way more on a pair of jeans then you wanted to. Unless, you can sew yourself, which I can't so I have to pay someone to do it for me!;) have a good day!

I just got back from a 10 mile run. 980 cals, 1 hour and 40 mins. It was a good run but I pushed myself and now I am wiped and have a bad belly. Sometimes I can run it without a hitch and then other days I get this bad stomach. Its not real bad though and should be gone in a couple mins.

Of to do PH abs and then a shower.
