Good morning ladies,

Today I will do GS Back, Shouder & Biceps! I am almost finished with my Oct.07 rotation! I am not sure what rotation I will do next week?? I still don't have the 4DS!! If they don't come by next week,
I am thinking of doing Debbie's (Fitnessfreak366)"Endurance rotation using some premixes - Advanced! This looks like an amazing rotation!
I never used use the Terminator DVD!:( :( This rotation looks like fun!

WEEK 1:
Day 1: Low Max (70 min.)
Day 2: Power Hour (55 min.)
Day 3: IMAX 3 (60 min.)
Day 4: Step, Jump & Pump Step & Weights premix (46 min.); Coremax #3 (20 min.)

Im not following a rotation at the moment,need to go find one though! I get tired of trying to figure out what to do everyday and it seems like I lost more inches when i followed a rotation!

Belinda,your rotation looks great! Intense,but great! I hope you get your new workouts soon!bummer!

Good Morning:)

The weather is looking a little better today so I run may be in our future!:) I was kind of hoping that the roads would dry a little cause my feet will be soaked! Hopefully we will get out within the next hour.

Belinda** That rotation looks good.Im not following anything right now. I was just doing as much running as I could while the weather was nice. Now that the crap is starting to come, Im gonna have to drum up something. Its a little harder now that I am back to work. There are certain days that I only have an hour to workout and that makes it hard to follow a rotation sometimes.

Amelia** Its hard to know what to do isn't it? My scale is up 3 lbs!;( Still only 122 but still....Im not sure if its water weight or something I am doing differently.Like I said yesterday, now that I can't run everyday for 80 mins, pushing a stroller, Im gonna have to tape my mouth shut and certain times of the day! hehe

Ill probably be around for a little bit.Im gonna get DS some breakfast, tidy a little and then hit the road....hopefully!!!

Belinda, what a great looking rotation! Sounds like you have some good workout plans:)

Amelia, I'm not following a rotation either, at some point when I have more Cathe dvd's I'd like to come up with one.

Lori, hope you're able to get some running in today and try not to worry about the scale. Seems like my weight fluctuates within 2-3 pounds so it's never exactly the same each day.

I finally feel better!! Whoo hoo:) Everyone in my house is on the mend. I'm going to do elliptical intervals today and my plan is to alternate cardio, weight training, and pilates this week, hoping to get 5 days in this week.

Have to get my kids ready for school, have a good one everyone;)

hey girls,Im not sure if I will get to workout today...I have Well water and with GA being in a water crisis(sp?) i won't be able to take a shower after I workout:-(,I just washed a load of laundry and my water pressure is gone:eek:! Sucks!

I did however find a good rotation I want to start today,will see if the water pressure comes back! Its the July 07' timesaver workout! Looks pretty fun! I don't have a couple of the workouts so I will have to come up with a few of the workouts on my own,but it looks fun!

Stacey-Gald to hear your family is back on the mend! Have fun with your elliptical intervals today..looks like a good rotation for this week!

Lori-our running queen! I need to glue my mouth shutx( I got back on track yesterday(went to bed hungry) but dang,I cheated thursday for supper,friday for supper and then sat. was the thanksgiving thing...its very frustrating-my DH made a comment to me yesterday that made me mad!"your not going to lose any weight eating like that"! well duh!!!! He was eating some sugary ceral while preaching to me,LOL! He almost wore it;-)

ok,need to get my bootie moving and do some cleaning! bbl
 
Good Morning--

Today is shoulders/arms, and ab ripperx. I am going to see about getting a little run in too. The weather has been really nice. Yesterdays Plyo is leaving me a little sore today, which is always nice.

Belinda--That rotation kicks butt! There are some intense days, you should get some nice results from that, especially over the holidays.

Amelia--how annoying you can't take a shower. I have been hearing about the GA drought on the news. What can they do about it?

Lori--Is it starting to snow? Is there anything on the ground? We get snow here too, but none right now. There are some hardcore people around here who run in the winter. I am not sure if I will be one of them or not. Have a good run.

Lainie--I saw your post in OD. I love NYC, I always thought about moving there years ago when I traveled there alot for business. The kid thing would be really difficult. How are the schools where you are at now?

Stacey--glad to hear you are feeling better! Have a good elliptical w/o.

Cheryl--hope you are having a fab Monday!
 
Hi everyone. I'm a bit late posting this morning because I'm having a sort of lazy day. The kids are out of school for Veteran's Day so we got up a little late (well, the boys don't let us get up very late) and I've been puttering around the house. DH has to leave later for the airport (just going on an overnight trip).

My house is a bit messy, so I need to clean up and clean the bathrooms, but I figured I'd check in first. http://bestsmileys.com/cleaning/6.gif

Yesterday was a nice rest day. I'm still sore from Saturday's run, so I don't know if working out will be painful today. The plan is to do some step aerobics, maybe Rhythmic Step or Amy's ASCII.

Lori, I go to church regularly but my parents still probably aren't happy, because I go to the "wrong" church. x( I can't run today because of both kids being home. I have a jogging stroller as well but it's only a single.

Cheryl, how do you like the new Boot Camp? I still haven't tried the cardio on that one.

Carrie, yeah, Jen is great. I like seeing her in the Slo-Mo workouts. The schools here are really good. And of course it's no trouble at all to get into good public schools. There are also lots of private school options around here if we wanted to spend that kind of moolah. (But we don't, since the public schools are good.) The main problem with living here is it's a long commute when DH goes to his office in Manhattan. Luckily, he doesn't always go to the city, he has a client just 20 minutes away which he often visits, or else he travels. Also we just miss city life and the access to all the great things we had in London. He also foresees that he'll have to go to Manhattan more and more now that he's a partner in his accounting firm.

Belinda, I've considered doing some of Fitness Freak's rotations before--they look tough!

Amelia, I'm terrible about sticking with specific rotations, though. My main rotation seems to be M-W-F cardio (usually step aerobics M&F and Kickboxing on W). Then I do weights T-Th-Sat, whether 3 total body or circuits or a 3-day split. That's my favorite way to do things so I sort of do my own rotations based on that setup. Anyway, I've thought that when I finish my current rotation (which mainly consists of trying to get in all my new workouts) I might go ahead and try Cathe's November rotation; I'll just be starting it late. Oh, and what your DH said is EXACTLY the kind of thing my DH would say. Only he can't talk now that he's put on some weight. ;)

Stacey, glad you're feeling better! Every time I feel better I wake up and feel like I've been slapped down again. Today I felt pretty crummy when I got up. It could just be my usual allergies, though. http://bestsmileys.com/sick/5.gif The good news is, I'm on the second day of new birth control and so far it hasn't given me migraines. Whew.

Hi girls,

My DH had a four day weekend, so we drove around the area! We actually ended up in a snow storm!! 12 miles form Grafenwoehr! It looked like winterwonderland! Thank goodness I didn't drive!! It did snow here in Grafenwoehr but it didn't stick!! I am in no hurry for winter!LOL!!

Lori looks like that crap is coming here too!LOL!

Ugh, this computer is causing me major grief today! Dh had it fixed but if anything, its 10 x's worse.!

I got a 10 mile run in today, which I am happy about. The only thing now is that I am wiped and I have to work tonight. I could use a nap but there is no one here to watch DS. DH said he would be home around 5 but I go to work at 6...so whats the point in that??? Hopefully it will be a quiet night at work!

Amelia** Yeah, I think the bowl of cereal would be over DH's head. DH says he doesn't care if I am big or small but I think secretly every man does! But why can they get away with it and we can't? Just look at Hollywood. Most women are slim and young looking. While most of the men are the kind of men you see walking around everyday. If anything they are hard on the eyes! Your water situation sucks to! How long will that last for???

Laine** Before I had a TM I wouldn't run all winter and when the Spring came and I could go outside again...OUCH! My legs would be sore for days! Have fun cleaning!

Belinda** Good job on the workout. Do you think this will be your last posting?

Carrie** No snow now. There wasn't much here anyway....just enough to lightly cover the ground. Today it was raining.

Stacy** Glad to hear everyone is on the mend. Enjoy your workout. Sounds good!

Hey girls:7 got my workout in and all showered,thankgoodness the well is back in working order! I was just about to scream:eek: the thought of not working out today scared me!

so I did BM2 cardio timesaver premix:+,the only thing I noticed about this rotation is that there isn't alot of weights in it? Im use to lifting about 5-6days a week! here is an example:

mon-bm2 cardio premix(43min)
tues-bm2 upperbody (36min)
wedn-b&g leg blast premix(47min)
thur-45min walk/run
fri-b&g floorwork and abbs
sat-drillmax timesaver cardio blast pre(39min)(don't have this one,have to sub something)
sun-off

Not alot of weights,maybe i'll go look for another one to follow!
Any suggestions???

Amelia** Where did you get that rotation to? Looks interesting. What was the BM2 cardio premix like? Oh...you did the timesaver one didn't you? I was thinking yesterday about doing the cardio premix but it was the cardio blast I think. Can't be much worse then scrammbled eggs. Glad to hear you got to workout!!!

Belinda** I mean with the military. I assume you were posted to the U.S right? And now you are posted back to Germany? Atleast thats how the military works here. They get postings from Province to province. I didn't mean you last posting on the cathe forum! hehe

Just at work now. Ate to much for my supper so no snack for me tonight!!
