Getting it started.....but wait, where's Traci?

Oh, that's right, I forgot, DH came home yesterday}( ;)

Anyway- DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA!!!!! It's all about the drama!

Yesterday was a great workout, and I am really feeling it in the quads and hamstrings today! I couldn't actually believe that the Gauntlet jumped out at me! Whew!

Tonight is the official WI for me. Yesterday I peeked and was down 2 lbs from last week so hopefully all the eating is finally doing it's thing (all AP and all flexies). We'll see!!

Today is usually Low Max, but I think that I want to try to change it up. I'm not sure what, but it will depend on how my legs feel this afternoon. I may just end up doing it because it's low impact and I think that will be a good idea!

lololol on the Gauntlet: I love the ones that sneak up and say GOTCHA}(

I took a day off yesterday... my body was tired, my mind was tired, and I had NO appetite: managed to get in 16 measly pts and thats so NOT GOOD for my metabolism......actually just checked my log and my APs overall (TP + APs ) are way low this week....May show up as a gain in scale weight tomorrow....

Today I feel good so am going to getter done EARLY! Amy got me all excited w/ Gauntlet talk so I am going to do some kind of Gauntlet, KickMax Ab Hits Mish Mosh today. Cardio around 90 minutes and Abs 20 minutes.....Shall be FUN!

There you are, Traci....I was wondering about you. I know that you are usually up pretty early, so I was surprised to have beaten you to starting the thread.

I am sorry that you weren't feeling good yesterday. I hope you got lots and lots of rest that your body was needing! I usually have the opposite problem....when I'm super mind/body tired, I tend to pack away the food! I can't seem to get enough!

Any ideas for long/low impact???

Yeah it was weird being so tired and not hungry.. maybe because the heat / humidity was back yesterday, only had 3 days of reprieve but I'll take it!
Do you have KickMax? There is a premix LOW IMPACT that I think is 70 minutes... Maybe do that or if its not long enough... add a segment of Low Max .... OR wait wait wait.... Pull out Plyo Legs!!!!! I LOVE that one... Tony shows modifiers that are low impact and it a DOM maker!!! I only do it low impact and am amazed by its UMPH!

I don't have Plyo Legs, but I do have Kick Max... Hmmmmmmm. Lot's to think about. I already have DOMS from yesterday, so that's why the low impact. We will have to see, won't we!
Yesterday was pretty decent weather here, a really nice breeze and very little humidity. If you have the heat/humidity back, I guess that means that we will be getting it back soon as well!
 
Good Morning Traci, Amy and all who follow!!

This morning I woke up to the alarm at 5:30 as usual and just felt so tired, I went back to sleep. I never do that but I just felt like my body needed the extra time in bed. So that means, either I work out after work or skip it.

Did ok eating yesterday. I stayed at 23 pts. Not bad. Going to stay at 20 today. Weigh in tomorrow; after my weekend in NYC I'm not expecting too much.

Enjoy your workout ladies. All this talk about the Gautlet makes my want to pull my out. Maybe Saturday.

Yep! studied last night.. This morning I did low max awesome workout :9 :9

Hopefully, tonight, before class I’m going to try to do Pour Hour. Needing to work UB & Abs bad ;( ;(

Well, I started out with Step Blast WU and combo #1 then went on to Low Max. I was getting frustrated with myself because I have been having a hard time getting into LM for about a month or so, but it's what I know, so I was going to try it again. I was able to get myself through combo/blast #4 and it was quickly disintegrating into Low Min, so I quit. At least I got about 45 min of cardio in, oh, forgot that I worked about 10 minutes of Rhythmic step, but the disc (brand new) kept seizing up, skipping, and freezing, so I guess that I started out sort of frustrated!x( What's frustrating is that it worked yesterday when I previewed it, and it works on the bedroom DVD player. x(
 
Amy: Me thinks the exercise gods are trying to tell you something...........call it a day babe! 45 minutes is a normal workout time btw... you and I just seem to forget that!
Looks like were missing a lot of people checking in today......
 
Yeah, numbers are a little low, but then again, life happens!

WI went well, I am finally seeing results!!! Down 2.5 lbs!!! Finally!
 
<Yawn> It's a bedtime check in tonight. I'm bushed, so this is short.

Last night I did the SJP step; SB Challenge; CTX chest & shoulders workout that I said I would do. Woohoo. Fun fun.

Tonight I did a 30 min steady state run (beeeauuuuutiful night!!), CTX biceps & triceps, and 22 mins of Namaste yoga. An excellent workout.

I'm not doing the best in terms of eating, meaning that I'm not eating low enough to lose weight. I doubt I've gained anything, but if I keep having leftover desserts every night, I'm not likely to lose anything, either!

Anyway, I've got to get some sleep. I'll talk more with you all tomorrow. <Yaaaaaaawwwwwwwnnnnnn>
