All in all this wasn't a bad weekend eating-wise. I stayed within my points, but, I feel like I could have made some healthier choices, i.e. more fruit, less popcorn.
Today we are going to the state fair. I'm a bit nervous with all that fair food, but I will stay within my points. I have 23 FP left this week but I don't intend to use them all today.
Workout today is Cardio Coach #6 (Candace). I just bought this one yesterday and I'm excited about trying it. It is supposed to be the toughest one yet. BTW, some of you had asked about Cardio Coach before; they are having a sale through Fri. I think its 25% off two or more. So if you are on the fence about ordering them, this might be a good opportunity. I love them and find myself using these programs 3 or 4 times a week, sometimes more. I use some of the shorter ones as add ons after weights.
