Weight Watchers Check In- 9/3

Once again, getting it started (a little late at 0830)

Anyway, I am starting to have a hard time eating all my points. I am at 24 target points, and trying to eat all my AP's. It's a little hard to when you are earning 5-9 points per day! I am trying this because eating all my flexies and no AP's still had me at a stand still on the WI.

Amy: I never have any problems eating all of my AP's :D. It's super important to do so, though. When I was in weight loss mode, my leader at the time told me that if you don't eat your AP's, your body will go into starvation mode because you're not refueling properly. You may start to lose muscle mass, which would mess up your metabolism, and that's definitely not ideal!

So go ahead and eat your AP's--you've earned them!!

I, however, will not be earning any AP's anytime soon :(. I've now come down with a cold. Drat. And with my half-marathon 2 weeks away, I'm hoping I'll be well enough by next week to get in SOME kind of run, just so I'm not totally rusty come 2 Sundays from now!

Amy, I usually eat all of my AP's. I really feel like I need them. That being said, the scale isn't moving, but I am feeling smaller. I don't know what to think. I joined WW on-line in the beginning of August for 3 months and I'm stiking with it no matter what. That includes eating my AP's and some, if not all, of my FP. We'll see.

Jennifer, I'm sorry about your cold. I absolutely hate getting sick because I actually feel guilty for not working out even knowing that its much better for me just to take it easy. So take it slow, get some rest and you'll recover much quicker.

Today, I'm planning on doing BC/ME combo at 4:00 p.m. I usually work out in the morning but I started a project of getting all of my fall clothes out and rearranging my closet. That also includes alot of ironing. Yuck!!! Anyway, I'm committed to it now so at least I'll be happy when I'm done. I just have to make sure to get my workout in no matter what.

I made some zero point soup yesterday so I'll have that and something else for lunch. Don't know about dinner yet. Still have 24 FP left but I'm saving them for any indiscretions I may have at the state fair tomorrow. I'm going to try and be as good as possible but they do have the best milkshakes ever. Maybe I'll convince DH to split one with me although I know he'll want his own.

Exactly, I feel guilty! I know it's silly, but I do. Plus I automatically think, "No AP points, so I can't indulge..." I should probably adjust that way of thinking LOL.
