Weight used in PS?

Does anyone know the weight used for each exercise in the PS series? The barbell is different that my Troy Lite so I can't really tell.

Hi Diane:

I have the weights used on the PS series in a Word document. I made up some sheets that I scotchtape to the wall so I know what comes next when I'm doing the workouts. I done this with all of Cathe's weight workouts up to the Body Blast series which I don't have yet.

If you'd like, I could send you the a) sheets for PS only or b) for all of Cathe's weighted workouts. If you'll provide me your e-mail address, I'll be happy to send them to you!

P.S. For the PS tapes, most of the time Cathe doesn't stipulate what weights she is using, but I believe her barbell weighs 15 lbs.
 
For PS SL&A Cathe uses a 45# bb (total). For shoulders and tris, she mostly uses dumbbells and usually says what poundage she is using. For chest it appears to be a 45# bb for bench presses and for bis, she starts with what appears to be 45#, then goes to 35#. For t-bar rows she has 40# on the loaded end. Not sure how much she has on there for the bentover rows. I would say 45#. I love the PS series!
 
I just started a rotation with week with PS. I am enjoying this change. I guess I don't look at what she is using and use what feels right to me. On some exercises I am lower than she is and higher on some. Do what feels good to you.

Jillybean is right! (but you knew that already) BTW, the bar Cathe uses in PS is 15# and 6' long...
try as i might, i've never gotten near matching the weight Cathe uses for this series

I was definitely not using enough weight my first time through! It felt pretty easy compared to some of the other Cathe workouts I've used, so I will have I will have to add some weight.
