weight training routines

Is it better to stick with a weight training routine for a few weeks, or to vary your routine regularly. For example, is it better to spend one month doing Pure Strength, followed by one month of super sets or Slow and Heavy, or will I get just as good or better results by mixing them up all of the time?

Bumping, as I'd love to hear an answer on this! :D

YES, I would like to know the answer to this one? Right now I am mixing things up out of boredom. No particular routine at all!

This is just my opinion, but I think it's a good idea to stick to a workout series for 3-4 weeks. That way you can see how your body responding to the workout. So do Pure strength for 3 weeks, track how you felt, how your muscles reacted in a journal. Then try Slow&Heavy for the next 3 weeks and see how you feel. Then try another set like the Pyramid Upper & Lower. Then you can repeat the process again (Pure strength for 3 weeks, S&H for 3 weeks, etc.).

Hope this helps,
