Weight training & pregnancy

I have read in a couple of different sources that you should decrease the weights you lift to 75% or so of your usual during pregnancy. Has anyone done this? I am still lifting my prepregnany weights on upper body. However, I don't lift very heavy to begin with. I am at 22 weeks. I would like to stay at 100% if possible. Any feedback would be helpful.

I'm not planning on dropping any weight unless my body tells me to. I'm hoping this doesn't happen, and I lift pretty heavy. I'd be interested to see Sheila or Cathe's response to this. This is just my opinion, but I believe you will "know" if you need to start dropping weight and if your body is feeling great...go for it. I can remember doing squats with a barbell loaded last baby on the day of delivery, no problems and easy delivery.
