Weight Training - Need advise...

I currently use Step Jam, Step Heat, BodyMax, PowerMax, IntervalMax in my rotation for cardio/strength. I also have MIS but have not used this yet. I only use BodyMax for my Intensity strength training hoping to get more definition. But I only do this once a week. Should I do the MIS on alternating days (3 days a week) and keep my cardio schedule (6 days a week) with the tapes I currently use? Or should I purchase the PS series which appeals to me and add this to my regimen? I don't need to lose weight, but I want to get more sculpted. Any imput is greatly appreciated!
 
I think adding MIS twice a week would be fine. The PS series is fantastic and you will eventually want to get it anyway, but I think Cathe recommends that you start off with MIS so that would be a great start for you. You should see great results!!
