Weight size?

Hi Cathe, I have been trying (please note trying!)to keep up with the weights that you use in Maximum Intensity Strength and Power Hour. Just a quick question though. What size weight do you use in Power Hour for your chest presses with the bar bell? I just need to know what I have to work up to. But I have noticed that I am seeing more results now that I have decided to do the tapes this way. I am seeing more definition in my arms and legs, this is very exciting for me!

Hi Kathy,

I don't know what weight Cathe uses in Power Hour, I want to say it's about 35 lbs but I can't remember for certain. I have been experiencing much the same results as you--pushing myself to the limit & trying to match Cathe. I would just keep pushing towards higher weights & not be overly concerned with what Cathe is doing. I have recently surpassed her on Muscle Endurance--though she does say she went light on that, it still feels good thinking "I'm lifting heavier than you, nah nah nah!" LOL!

Keep up the good work!

Cool! I bet that does make you feel really good. When I can do the 35 in MS for chest and back and shoulders I know that afterwards I'm just so happy, of course I can barely lift the phone to my ear afterwards due to muscle exhaustion!!
I will have to work up to 35 pounds on PH though, too many reps for that weight just yet.
Tahnk you for all of your help Deborah!!
