weight range

Hi Cathe, I am a huge fan and have almost all videos! Your definition is fabulous and after lifting weight for about 10 years without much change in definition, I am wondering how much weight you actually use when weight training, particularly with squate, lunges, bicep curls, benches and tricep work. I feel as though I may not be pushing myself hard enough to improve/see more definition.. Thanks so much!

Your genetics play a huge role in how much definition you can get so it is really important that you focus on your body. Also, eating a clean, low fat diet, and doing a weekly mix of both cardio and strength workouts will help promote definition. Interval workouts are also good to do once a week to shock your metabolism and stimulate muscles.

Also, to be sure that you are pushing yourself hard enough you need to be "fighting" for the last rep or two in each set. Good Luck!
