I would love to loss about 80 pounds. Besides the work out part what is the best way to change for good. I have only been over weight for 4 years and have never done a diet. I don't think they are good so I am needing something that is long term...or forever term;) Thanks

There is a lot of great info out there. THere is an ebook called "Burn the Fat feed the muscle" that "Imafitnessfreak" Sarah recomended to us and it is amazing. Also if you look up clean eating, that is basically food at it's origianl source, you should find a lot of info on it. We are here for you!!!!
