weight loss rotation?

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a weight loss rotation that incorporates all of Cathe's workout series--the one I found doesn't include Body Blast or the Intensity Series. Can anyone help me out with either a link or a rotation you've created?

I didn't feel a shorter rotation would do each series justice. Also, I tried to graduate from more strength oriented to endurance oriented in the spirit of periodization (except for the CTX Series break).
