Weight loss rotation

Hi-I am hoping someone out there cqn help me find and/or put together a rotation that will help me to lose my last 10 pounds. I have been on a plateau for at least 3 months. I am trying to lean out my legs. It seems that no matter what I do, I can not get rid of my thunder thighs...I lost 40+ lbs. after having my son, am in great physical shape (I exercise a min. 5x a week, from walk/running, step, stair climber, weightlifting), but cannot get rid of the fat on my upper thigh/glute area. I have Cathe's Intensity Series, Step Jam, BodyMax, Max.Intensity Strength, Strong Legs/Abs, and Chest/Shoulder/Tri, and own a treadmill. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am also considering going on the South Beach DIet, but I am on Weight Watchers now. Thanks in advance-any and all suggestions will be appreciated!

Have you checked out the rotations in the Rotations section of the forum? I believe that the July rotation focused on increasing metabolism and fat loss. I think you have enough different workouts that you could easily substitute if there was something listed that you didn't have. I followed the August rotation and am currently doing the September rotation and am seeing great results. I can't believe the increase in muscle definition and my thighs are definitely slimming down (I, too, tend to have larger thighs and sadly, they are the last thing that slims down on me:-( ). And there has been progress so it is really motivating.

If you don't want to do one of these rotations, then you might want to consider 3x/week cardio or cardio intervals and 3x/week muscle endurance training.

Just my thoughts:D

I'm not sure the specifics of WW, but instead of focusing on the exact rotation, I'd consider reducing your calories by about 200 or so a day and/or increase your protein content and decrease your processed carbs. That being said, Cathe's rotation for Fat Loss (I think July's rotation) is a good one! I've been working on that last 10lbs forever only b/c I've slacked on my diet. When I was more focused I was losing at a rate of 1 lb a week and working out for only 40 min. 5 days a week. I'm working out more now but my diet stinks and I've gained 2 lbs! I need to get with it and practice what I preach!!
