Weight loss rotation???

I am very much interested in the "weight loss rotation" that everyone is talking about...
Can someone please e-mail it to me...

Hi Jenn,

Could you please be more specific about which weight loss rotation you're talking about? There have been numerous threads and I didn't see a recent one discussing a rotation, but I have several, so just let me know which you were interested in.

"Cathe's 16-Week Maximum Weight Loss Rotation"

Try this 4 week rotation, 4 times in a row, totalling 16 weeks.

WEEK ONE

Mon...Cardio Kicks

Tues...PS BBA + 30 min. walk/run interval program (A 7 minute warmup followed by 7, 4 minutes cycles where you run for 3 minutes and walk for 1 minute)

Wed...Power Max

Thurs...Interval Max

Fri...Off

Sat...PS L&A

Sun...PS CST + cardio portion of CTX Step&Intervals

WEEK TWO

Mon...MIC

Tues...MIS

Wed...Off

Thurs...Step Fit

Fri...MIS

Sat...40 minute walk/run interval

Sun...Circuit Max

WEEK THREE

The CTX series in ther order of your choice, but separate the Power Circuit video from the Leaner Legs video by at least 48 hours. The 7th day is Off.

WEEK FOUR

Mon...Biking for 45 minutes (for 35 minutes if you are including some hills)

Tues...Step Works

Wed...PS BBA + 30 minute run/walk interval

Thurs...PS CST + same bike routine as Monday

Fri...PS LA

Sat...Off

Sun...Body Max


I'm sure there are more "weight loss" rotations out there!
