I am 5'9 and about 195 with a medium build. I have been eating a vegan diet for awhile and doing workouts 5-6x's per week. My question is, to lose about 50lbs, what tapes would work best for me? I also want to be lean and cut. For example, now, I do Circuit max, Interval max, MIS, Cardio kicks, a Firm, and Intense moves in my rotation. I vary the Firms weekly. For instance I do Core Cardio1, or a classic or a new Firm sculpt tape. Does this rotation seem to be ok? I am following WW points as well with a bit of Picture Perfect Weight Loss thrown in. I am not going to go hungry or deprive myself. I just want to know if this seems like a good program that I am doing to lose bodyfat (50lbs of it) in about 10 months to a year.
