I'm sorry but this question has nothing to do with weight loss--by the way, congratulations on your loss! Every pound brings you closer to your goal! Anyway, what i am wondering is how you all get those adorable smilies into your posts. I saw an earlier post that gave the website. I went to the site but cannot figure out how to get the smilies from there to here! I am what you might call "computer-challenged" so hopefully it is an easy process. I would love to add some of these guys to my emails--they add such life to them. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'll see if I can explain it to you. Go to the Plaudersmilies site. Click on the icon you want. At the bottom of the page there is a box that has written UBB-CODE next to it. After you click on which icon you want, the code sould be hi-lighted in blue, inside that box. I just write down the whole code with the exception of the brackets that have the letters "img". Come to Cathe's site and wherever you want your icon, just write down the code you picked. Does that make sense??? http://www.plaudersmilies.de/sad/conf.gif Let me know! Also, before you post your message, "PREVIEW it first to make sure you did it right. It's real easy to leave out just one letter or dot or whatever. Have fun!! Cute things at that site!
