Ooops, Sharon, I replied to Kay's post. Glad to hear you had a not too fattenning Thanksgiving. My Ryka's showed up last week, and I have decided that they will have to go back - they were too tight across the top bony bit of my foot - my foot felt like it was going to pass out !
And don't worry about the extra 3 lbs, they will soon drop off !
