Weight loss and Heart rate while exercising

I would like to lose 10 pounds. I recently received BodyMax and love it. My heart rate is in the 150s during the 2 aerobic parts. Is that too high for weight loss. Where should it be? What other tapes would be a good balance with this one. Thanks.
 
Hi Shayle! Try using perceived exertion to regulate your workout intensity. You want to be breathing comfortably hard during the cardio portion of your workouts. If you go beyond that and start to gasp for air, back off in intensity a little and regain your composure.
 
What are you looking for in the way of balance?? More variety to your cardio, strength gains, all of the above? And, most importantly, how much money are you willing to let us help you spend :)??
