I am 40 years old did classical ballet for 16 years and did aerobics and light weight lifting for some years following. However being happily married for 22 years and travelling extensivly, I let my exersize program lapse for a long period and as a result gained about 60 lbs. I have reciently started walking 3 miles a day and trying to eat healthier for myself and my entire family.
I have seen your videos on fit tv and was so impressed, that I had to write. I would love to get myself to that fitness level again. If you did personal training and consultations in my area, I would be your first client. However, I know that you are far to busy for that. So I was wondering if you could suggest a healthy eating program that would help me to loose the weight as well as support an exersize program. Your videos on Fit TV seem pretty advanced,could you give me any advice about how to start a program since I am a novice. One that will help me to loose weight, loose fat and at the same time to get strong/toned and to get to an advanced fitness level. Hopefully to reach a level where I could work out at your advanced level.
