weight lifting timing

Hi Kathy,
Just wanted to know if I lifted weights with Muscle Endurance video on Wed. and for some reason seem to be extra sore, is ok to lift again on Fri. with another video? Oh, I almost forgot, on Tue. I tried out my friends "Gazelle". She showed another way to use it that made my legs and inner thighs "real" sore! Thanks for your help.
 
Hi Margie! If you are feeling extra sore then you are still in healing mode. Take advantage of a little additional rest and recovery. The healing process is when the benefits of your lift are kicking in. Rest up, you earned it :7
