I am looking for charts to track weights with Cathe's dvds. I have the STS ones from WM (and some in Excel from various Cathletes) but could not figure out if others were there too. I am specifically looking for Low Impact Series > Total Body Trisets but any you have would be great - or if you can point me to where they might be found on the Cathe website.
