Curious to see if anyone has ever ordered from The Weight Lifting Equipment Superstore? The prices seem pretty reasonable and free shipping to the lower 48 for dumbbells and kettlebells...

When you purchase Kettlebells, do they come in pairs? or in singles? When working out with them do you need two or one?

I hear so much about them and how well they work.

I have only ever seen kettlebells sold as singles. I think there are exercises that use one and exercises that use two but I seem to see more that only use one. There are a lot of great kettlebellers on here who can answer if you can get a routine together and do a good workout using only one kettlebell. I hope that is the case so that I can purchase several different sizes.

Just a word of caution. I ordered a 30 pound KB for $59, which is a great price and free shipping, but the problem was the handle is so thick I can't grip it very well.

This is why I'm afraid to order KB's online. I'm purchasing one (12kg) from my instructor but it is really pricey so I'm going to keep searching local stores for my other sizes.

Oh wow, that's a bummer. A lot of money to spend on something you can not use You'd think they'd all be standard. Have the same thickness to the handle.

Hmmmmm...I tried the mail order gig once and wasn't cool with it. For most of things, you can shop around locally and git your hands on the stuff to see if you actually like it before parting with your green backs.
