Weekly Workout Totals

Mine changes with every rotation I do. I just started STS this week so I don't know the #'s for it but for the rotation I was doing prior I would say I was spending 150 mins on both cardio and weights. I try to fit my workouts into an hour so I was basically doing 30 mins of weights and 30 mins of cardio every day for the most part x 5 days per week.
 
This is a fun post. Really makes you think about how much you really do work out.

I try to work out at least 5-6 days a week. Believe it or not I work out more hours 5 days a week than I do 6. If I can squeeze in a 6th day, it's usually just a 30 minute cardio seg ( KPC-Cardio Cond ), jog around town, or walk with the dog ( I know, not really a 'work out' but still,,,excersize.) If I can only work out 4-5 days, then I try to do the longer work outs like Kick Max, Kick Punch & Crunch in thier entirety , or IMAX2 with C&W 'weights only' plus abs ( I think this combo equals about 70-plus minutes )

On average I would say that I work out 4-1/2 hours a week ( cardio ) with about an 1-1/2 hours of weight training. Total of 6 hours. (give or take a few when I'm having one of those 'i don't feel like it' days ;)

Well.. this week... 4.5 hours strength, and about the samecardio actually :) I didn't know I was balanced! He hee
 
I log my workouts, so it was easy for me to check just now. Lo and behold, I'm pretty balanced! About 3 hours each of cardio and weights each week.
