Cathlete
Hi guys! This was my second week of doing morning workouts before work. Although it's a little tough to get up each morning, it is so great to come home from work and not have to work out! Lots more time with my love bug, and I have lots of energy throughout the day.

MONDAY:S&H chest, back and planks

TUESDAY: Totally Hot Cardio I and Bonus + stretch

WEDNESDAY: rest

THURSDAY: S&H Tris, Bis and abs

FRIDAY: Leaner Legs & Tamilee floor stretch

SATURDAY: 9801 step (This may be my favorite step routine!)
S&H shoulders and stretch

SUNDAY: on the menu: cardio and abs

Have a great week! Now the waiting begins...
Wendy

Hi, Wendy! I know what you mean about the morning workouts. I like the a.m. and have so much more energy the rest of the day. I have trouble keeping it up because it's hard for me to get to bed early enough with a nite owl DH.

I spent most of the week working and recovering from last Sunday's triathlon.

MONDAY: off (just walking from my car to my office was a chore!)
TUESDAY: short hikes with kids
WEDNESDAY: short hikes with kids
THURSDAY: longer hikes with kids (approx. 3.5 miles)
FRIDAY: panicked run in lightning/hail storm with kids
SATURDAY: off
SUNDAY: off

So not much to check in with, but I need to keep the routine going. I'm planning on easing back into cardio and weights this week.

I'm not going to post what I did every day, but I WILL say that it was an intensity week for me. Alone with other stuff I did Step Works, Extreme Intervals, and some CIA tape with Frannie Whats-her-name that combined hilo and kickboxing. I REALLY love those athletic type workouts (Mindy seems to be the queen in that department), and hope some of the new Cathe ones are like that.

I think I like that kind of stuff because they had girl's Phys Ed only in grades 10 & 11 when I went to high school, and they had NO girls sports teams! How grossly unfair! Of course, we're talkin' 1964-1968 here, all during the Lyndon Johnson years.

Given that, I'm looking forward to that Terminator series!!! Bring it on, Cathe!
