I'm back into a cathe routine - this summer I did more running and my own weight rotation.
Here it is
M - S&H Legs and Shoulders
T - kick box
W - rest
T - Lean legs
F - S&H Chest and Back
S - run 4 miles
S - S&H bicep-tricep
(may get in some cardio later today)
