I need to get going on my brick (bike/run) so I think I'll go ahead and start this thread.

SUNDAY: bike 1:40, run/walk :30
MONDAY: Pilates class
TUESDAY: swim :30
WEDNESDAY: spinning class
THURSDAY: short hike with kids
FRIDAY: more short hikes with kids
SATURDAY: swim :30

It's one week until the big tri. I'm starting to get really excited. It's been such a long time coming.

Gretchen--I'm excited for you! Can't wait to find out how it goes :)
Very bad workout week for me. It was the first week back to school, and I'm a teacher and the administrative assistant, so I worked loooong hours in the office this week, and was too beat to work out most days.
We're in the process of buying our first house (!!!) too, so I really should have worked out to decrease the stress, but, boy was I wiped this week...
MONDAY: rest

TUESDAY: CTX bis, tris and shoulders

WEDNESDAY: PS back (subbed S&H pullovers for one arm rows)
9702 section I +THC bonus cardio
THC abs

THURSDAY: rest

FRIDAY: rest

SATURDAY: PH wu
Bmax upper (minus back)
MIS back
PH abs
THC last section + bonus cardio

SUNDAY: cardio and legs on the agenda

Tue. rest??? can't remember and didn't write it down.

RE: Where is everyone?

Not many posts so far....

My week started out good and then the holiday pig out sessions. Im determined to clean my diet up starting Tuesday!! Plus TTOTM, yuck...I weighed in like normal this morning though anyway, and surprise up 3lbs from last week, but Im not going to let it get me down, I know some is hormonal and I ate late last night which always elevates my Monday morning weigh in. So, I'm gonna stay really focused the rest of the week and put the number behind me.

Monday...recumbent bike 32 minutes

Tuesday...Body Max (all)

Wednesday...CTX Kickbox cardio only (felt tired)

Thursday...Unplanned rest (still feeling tired)

Friday...Power Hour

Saturday...CTX Step & Intervals cardio + abs

Sunday...Planned Rest

Monday (holiday)...felt fat so did Interval Max + abs
