Weekend workouts??

What's on the agenda for your weekend workouts?
I figure since i've been unable to workout since Wednesday, due to the fact that i was extremely sore), i have alot of making up to do. So tomorrow morning, i'll get up nice & early & go for a 5 mile sprint/run. Then i'll come home & do some KPC.
Sunday i'll do ME in the morning & try & relax the rest of the day.
And of course some good clean eating.... I just have to resist temptation. ;)

So tell me, what have u got planned workout-wise?
 
Tomorrow is YogaX is for me! Can't wait to do it!

oooh yoga! i love doing yoga! I think i'll do some tonight before i get ready for bed.
I may be exaggerating with the amount of miles i'll run. ;) It may turn out to be 3 miles instead. But i'll definitely shoot for 5. I try and do more as time goes by.
 
Today will be Slow & Heavy Legs and Shoulders.... Unfortunately, I am really not in the mood to do it, but I will anyway. Sunday is always a rest day!
 
I'm trying a few of my new Turbo Jam!!!

I viewed them yesterday.It looks like a party!
My boys are worried....Mom may have some new moves for dancing:7 :7
 
Well, yesterday was P90X Legs/Back and Coremax 3.

Today is supposed to be KenpoX but I had a deep tissue massage yesterday and I'm still sore soooo not sure yet.

Tomorrow will be Yard Max as we have to blow/rake leaves and get our pool ready for opening. I really hate this job x(

Gardening weekend for me. Need to pull weeds in between the gardens , wheel barrel play bark over that. Wheel in compost and place on top of all the garden beds. This in itself will take the whole weekend plus, and then some more. Then, plant more stuff. It's a great workout, besides eating your efforts. I do a workout, if it rains. But cardio is every other day.

Today was Imax3 and 20 terminator squat thrust things..am following (so far this week) Cathe's Bootcamp rotation.}(

Tomorrow I get to rest thank god.;)

Oh, my workouts this weekend? I've been soooo lazy. Nothing yesterday, nothing so far today. Maybe go for a walk and/or play some DDR with DH. Tomorrow? Probably PUB, if I can get myself motivated.
 
Allison--You are incredible with all of your workouts!! Good luck with the duathlon.

Yesterday was 3 mile run and KPC, today was Leaner Legs and tomorrow is PUB, but just got Amy Bento Hi/Lo Xtreme from NetFlix, so I may throw that one in also.

Gin-Hi/Lo Xtreme must have went from my house to yours, I just returned it to netflix and got amy bento's step extreme(I think that the title)! I love netflix!
My work outs this weekend:
Sat was push/pull and amy bento step extreme
Sun-cardio fusion (as soon as I get off the computer)
 
yesterday i had the first part of my "road to the fourth degree" tkd black belt test. my legs are still killing from all the rabbit jumps and duck walks. i sure hope the new series will help my quads for these! today, if can, i want to do a new mindy mylrea medicine ball workout that i got from her web site. if my legs wont cooperate, then i may just do pilates.
