Weekend Workouts...?

What does everyone have planned for this weekend??

Today is cardio for me, maybe LIC. I also need to work core.
Tomorrow will be Gym Style BSB, and a short cardio, maybe 4DS KBX.
Sunday will be Gym Style Legs, and core.
 
Today - PUB
Sat. - CCPP
Sun. - active rest (yoga and walking in my hilly neighborhood)

Today: BBC Chest and Abs weight section only + Yoga

Tomorrow: BBC Shoulders and Back weights and cardio using my Jump Snap!

Sunday: BBC Full Body Work Out or Mint Condition full body work out
 
today -- HSC
tomorrow -- DM cardio only and stretch max #2
Sunday -- PH(my favorite endurance workout):)

Friday ~ Legs & Back + AbRipperX

Saturday ~ Run (we'll see how far w/ my broken toe) + swim (at least 1/2 mile)

Sunday ~ Rest!!
 
Today - PUB (plus working my fingers speed-typing for the Road Trip registration :p )

Tomorrow - Cardio, probably Low Max

Sunday - Hiking up Kennesaw Mountain with the other Atlanta Cathe Fans!:7

Fri: GS Legs (done)
Sat: CCPP on my bike, and hopefully Tracey S Core Blast if it arrives today
Sun: GS Chest & Tris....I pulled out of my Half Marathon due to some bad blisters and shin problems ;(

Oh, bummer!! Or, maybe it's a good thing for you!! Hope the blisters heal up soon! I pulled out of my 12K for next Sat due to my stupid broken toe. I'm back to running a little, but do NOT feel prepared for it!! :-(
 
Fri - full body weights at gym
Sat - 4-5 mile power walk (if nice outside) otherwise CCPP on my spinning bike
Sun - REST :D
 
Between today and Sunday I hope to do Amy's In the Ring and ASC II OR Step Sweatfest (receiving in a trade probably by tomorrow but I'm concerned that I'm not going to love SSF so we shall see...hoping that it will end up being a keeper for me though). Next week I think I need to focus on heavier lifting. I'm trying to alternate weeks where I focus on circuits and/or functional fitness ala TLT's and cardio with heavier weight focus. I feel less puffy (I'm pretty sure I don't give heavy lifting enough time to "lean" me out and my diet needs a lot of work). Well, all you wanted was weekend workout info. but you rec'd TMI....tee hee!

I've done a Cross Train Xpress rotation this week -- here's how I'll finish it up.

Friday: Strength sections only - Back, Biceps and Abs

Saturday: Kickbox (cardio section only), some yoga in the PM

Sunday: All Step (cardio section only)

Sat- Hike with kids (if no rain) other wise IMAX 1
Sun- Double 4DS Legs (thats a burner)

When Cathe says ok 2 sets is enough of the low plane lunges I cry
Because I know I have to do it again!!!
