Weekend Workouts

So, what workouts are you doing this weekend?

I am feeling a little overworked these days. I rested yesterday. This morning I did Drill Max cardio drills, followed by Gym Styles shoulders and biceps.

Tomorrow I think I will do GS Back and maybe go for a short walk.

How about you?
 
I am doing the cardio premix from All Body Attack today and I have my longest run yet scheduled for bright-n-early tomorrow morning! 9.5-10 miles! YIKES!:eek:
 
Today, I plan to do either a step workout (I haven't done one for a while) or maybe hi-lo (like Amy Bento's) along with some Kettlebell practice.

Tomorrow will be a power walk and more kettlebell practice.
 
Today is PUB along with the step combos from BM2.

Tomorrow is a bike race in Boston--40 miles!! I'm so excited!

today and tomorrow...just cardio. I will do combinations of CATHE and AMY BENTOS. I am always changing my cardio around and this is my mood for now !!

Friday was Butts & Guts floorwork and abs premix (a little easier on my sprained ankle than the standing work). Even with just a premix I can feel it in my butts & guts now. Today I plan to do GS Back & Biceps (did Shoulders on Thursday). Then tomorrow is generally a rest day.

Today is KPC and tomorrow I am running the 1st leg of 4 miles in a relay race with my sister, my niece and one of my fast running friends!!
 
I just completed GS Back,Shoulder and Biceps. This afternoon I will be doing a running circuit with kettlebell swings.

Tomorrow is GS Chest and Triceps and a 6 mile run/walk.
 
You guys are true "weekend warriors!":) Wow, alot of really long, tough workouts.
I thought I would lay on the couch and watch movies tomorrow afternoon, but do the Ultimate Tae Bo in the AM-and see how my new hip takes it!
Today is that premix double upper body in BodyMax I think? Or maybe push and pull. Then a long walk this AM with George my Newf.:7
 
Today some form of cardio at the gym since my ankle is still very sore along with 4 or 5 legs exercises while i'm there, then tack on GS BBS

Sunday, GS Chest&Tricep, abs and 20-30 min eliptical or stationary bike at the gym. I've slacked on the cardio lately which is why i'm doing two days in a row, normally I don't.

I feel like a weenie LOL!

I will run a lot in my DD's soccer practice today (I'm the coach) and then will do a 40min iClimb either today or tomorrow (or both :D ).
