Hello Friends of the Forum.

Spring has finally sprung here in West MI,although in the Upper Pennisula there is still plenty of snow for winter fun.

Sat workout- ACS2 (Bento), rake the yard, and walk the "hood." Besides shredding docs too.

Sun is ACS2 repeat.

What are your weekend workout plans?

Please share to inspire and motivate.

TIA.

Tomorrow will be some sort of lower body circuit -- any suggestions??

Saturday will be rest -- we are going out of town to get our MARRIAGE LICENSE, YAY!!:D

Sunday -- who knows -- maybe Move Max (into the new house) -- does this count as a workout??

I'm not quite sure of the order but between tmrw and Sunday I have to do the following:

*4DS Shoulders, Chest and Triceps premix
*A lower body work out which has not yet been determined
*Progressive Power Yoga Volume 2
*A cardio of choice

Saturday will be HIS weight work, followed by running/walking.
Sunday LIS weight work, which might be followed by running/walking.

This will be my first shot at running. I'm askeered. :)

Like Wendy, I'm not exactly sure of the sequence of my workouts, but I THINK my schedule is going to look like this:

Friday: HEAVY BFL lower body weights
Saturday: P90X Back & Biceps + light steady cardio
Sunday: 13 mile long run (then the taper, baby)

I may have to move things around where my long run is concerned, but all those things above WILL GET DONE!

Hmmm... gotta think on that one....

Friday ~ 3 mile run, leg workout of choice

Saturday ~ Kickboxing workout of choice + abs (dh will be out of town so no going to the Y or running)

Sunday ~ Rest day

Friday - CCPP on TM
Saturday - PUB, PLB stability ball, KM leg conditioning drills
Sunday - Rest

I really need to clean up a winter's worth of dog piles in my yardx( but if we hit the upper 50's in Minnesota, I'll pull out a lawn chair and sit on the deck instead.

Friday - Rest Day!
Saturday - 6 mile run
Sunday - 4DS Upper Body and running intervals/bleacher work at the track

Today (Friday): B&G Standing work and Cardio Fusion
Tomorrow: No idea
Sunday: No idea

I'm starting Cathe's "Strong Like a Bull" rotation on Monday for the second month in a row (I LOVE this rotation) and have been taking this week one day at a time. We'll see what I can get done this weekend (workout wise!)

As for plans....nothing much. My parent's just recently separated and my Mom moved into an apartment this past Tuesday. I am planning to go over and see her place tomorrow and have lunch with her and then the rest of the weekend is up in the air. Homework, cleaning, laundry, groceries, etc. Ya know...the usual. x(

Tonight is a rest night. I'm doing a movie night with my nephew and parents so no workout.

Tomorrow I plan to finish the slow and heavy series with Back, Chest, and Core work

Not sure yet about Sunday, possibly Imax 2. I haven't done that one in a while and I love it!

I always enjoy these threads & reading about what everyone else is doing too. Tonight, DH & I will be going out to dinner but we haven't decided where yet.

Normally, I don't workout on the weekends because I'm usually helping DH with construction projects. But I've got this weekend off because I'm getting my hair done tomorrow afternoon (hi-lites & a cut) so I'm going to fit in a workout tomorrow morning too. Right now, I'm thinking LIC, as long as I'm not still too sore from my previous workouts this week. I'm also going to try & fit in some yoga if time permits.

Sunday will be a day of R&R, thank goodness.

Hope everyone has great weekends & workouts too!

I agree Kel with your post.

Please keep them coming for more inspiration and motivation.

Thanks.

In preparation for tonight's pizza, I did GS back & shoulders, followed by Imax3. I'm wiped out!! (So much for my circuit rotation). Tomorrow I want to do Tracey KB. Sunday, long walk with DH and dogs, and rest.
