Weekend plans/workouts

I've taken a couple of days off work. Right now I'm still in my nighgown, drinking my coffee, and listening to the rain POUR!!! (And loving it! It started Wednesday, and it's the first rain of any significance that we've had since Sept. 14!!!! The James River had gotten so low that there weren't any rapids to speak of.)

Supposed to go to a family reunion tomorrow, but if the rain keeps up, we probably won't go. I'm just loving the veg-mode. Maybe watch a movie, read, do some laundry, pack up summer clothes...I think I'm nesting.

I'm thinking of doing Cathe's new Boot Camp today and subbing the lower body workout (I HATE LB work!), maybe a cardio tomorrow, and Sunday will be either an all-body weight workout or a circuit.

I have been hitting hard all week, this weekend will be a cardio workout tomorrow am and some walking om Sunday, followed by stretches and abs.
 
As far as workouts go on Saturday I will be doing CCPP and Sunday will be a rest or maybe stretchmax.

We really don't have anything planned except to watch the redsox/rockies games.

Anyone want to go shopping??:D
 
I have a LONG weekend, startin yesterday! Went swimming and did the legs from 4DS, today again to the pool and tomorrow i was going to do muscle max, but the 4DS upper body premix is sounding interesting.
Weekend plans, rake, rake, rake, lesson plans. but I do love raking...really:D
 
Well, I overslept this morning and missed my workout and won't be able to fit one in later today. Let me just say the guilt is killing me. I have not been doing well with my workouts lately-I missed both Monday and tuesday this week and now missing friday too?!?!??! UGH. I haven't been feeling well and am zapped of all energy and just haven't been able to do what I used to.

I am on my way out the door right now to go to an afternoon wedding down by the shore with my SO and won't be back until tomorrow. I'm anticipating both eating and drinking too much tonight so hopefully I can kick some butt tomorrow with BBC. So far I've only done Arms/Abs and Legs from the set.

Tomorrow will hopefully be a boring day full of working out :) and early to bed. Sunday...we'll have to see. Hopefully another boring day (maybe carving pumpkins with my nieces) and some more BBC.
 
Today was Gym Styles BSB, tomorrow is 4DS Kickbox cardio and weights. Sunday is a rest day.

Tonight I an vegging -- this has been a LOOOONG week! Tomorrow I was planning to take my son to a fun Halloween thing, but I think it is supposed to rain. Tomorrow night DF and I will eat out mexican food and find something fun to get in to. Sunday we are going to register for wedding presents, then working on finishing some furniture.
 
Today was P90X Legs & Back + Ab Ripper X, and 300 pushups.

Tomorrow I'm running, not sure how far yet (hopefully around 8 miles).

Sunday is my rest day! ;-)
 
Awwww, thanks Wendy!! It's for a pushup challenge. I did 600 last Friday, my arms were sore for a couple days after that!! }( How are things going w/ you??? I need to pop in to check on the Cheetahs!

I am doing well! My legs survived the HM though I questioned it there for a couple of days!:p I am already planning on doing a 15k race on the sunday of Thanksgiving weekend and am looking forward to hopefully doing another HM in the spring. I am actually CONSIDERING training for a FULL in 2009 perhaps! I must be outta my mind!:eek: }( :p
 
A whole bunch of people on the MDB boards. My goal is to hit 10,000 by the end of the year and I'm going to smash my goal now! I love it, is there such a thing as pushup addiction?? }(

Another race, you rock!! I knew once you did a half you'd be hooked!! That's what happened to me too! OK, I'm off to check on the Cheetahs & catch up there!!
