Weekend plans/workouts

I figured we'd combine this one today:)

So, what's up for your weekend and what are your workouts?

Today is BBC shoulders and back with the droolable Joey. Tomorrow is CCPP and Sunday is BBC Full Body.

I'm taking my DD bowling tomorrow afternoon, and then Sunday I'm having some friends over in the afternoon. We also have to decorate for Hallowe'en and carve our pumpkin!
 
This question never fails to be asked on weekends that I have to work. Why is that? Yes, I'm working Sat and Sun. I'm planning Amy Bento Step challenge today, ME tomorrow and a rest day Sun. We are having a small party for Greyor's birthday on Sunday evening. Pizza and birthday cake.
 
Tonight is dinner with library geeks, tomorrow is chillin' with my pal, and Sunday there is a christening for my church going friends' little peanut. As soon as I get Slow & Heavy in the mail (it's on its way) I will start the October rotation that I dropped the ball on a while ago. Or maybe I'll just practice curling a wine laden glass to my face.
 
We're still figuring out weekend plans. We have a party we're invited to tomorrow that I thought was family-friendly but DH just told me last night that it's not, but I don't currently have a babysitter. One of my kids is sick and now I feel icky as well, so I'm guessing we won't be doing much this weekend. :(

Still, I have workout plans and hope I'm not too puny for them. Today I'm going to try one of the new Kelly Coffey-Meyer workouts--probably Cardio Kick Step-Boxing. Tomorrow might be Tracey Staehle's Sculpt Sweatfest. This could all change if Amy Bento's new workouts arrive sooner than expected. Too many preordered workouts and too little time!

Today I did the Treadclimber for 45 min., I subed for the 50 min.run., plus Abs from B & G! I aslo walked to and from the gym (1 mil. each way!) Tomorrow is a 50 min. bike ride and S & H Shoulder plus Stretch! Sunday is Stretch Max 1 !

Tomorrow night I will go to Wiesbaden and see a USO concert!!

Shelley, I wished I could join you gys with CCPP tomorrow, put I still haven't odered CCPP! Sounds like fun! Enjoy your weekend!

I think I am just chillin' this weekend except for a wedding reception on Sat night.
Workouts - today is Drill Max; tomorrow is BM2 - all of it; Sun is probably PP plus B&G abs.

I have 4DS C&B on tap for today. I may or may not do HIS but intend to do SOMETHING. Perhaps another short Cathe cardio or a BBC cardio!}(

4DS SC&C is on tap for tmrw (same rules apply for cardio) and finally B&T on Sunday but I *WILL* do Bootcamp cause it's so much fun!:+

The only weekend plans I have are to go to a family Halloween party tmrw night.

Weekend Workout_HIS on Sat. Problably nothing on Sun.
Weekend Plans-May have to go into work on Sat for a few. Sunday is a birthday party for my brother. My parents will be there so I will show up.
 
Boy Wendy, you sure have a lot "on tap." Is this a Freudian slip? Hmmm? Could we be thinking about some delicious October fest brew ina nice frosty mug???
 
Is this the CCPP weekend already??? Where did the time go? I should probably join everyone on that Saturday, but I've been confined to the ellptical for so long that I really want to do step. We'll see how it goes.

Today is a forced rest day - the farrier is coming this evening to trim the horses' hooves, and that'll take up all my time.

Sunday will be full body weights, but I don't know which routine. My schedule has been so screwy lately that I'm just winging it.

As for non-workout plans, I haven't the foggiest. Mostly just hanging out at home.
 
Today I will do Cathe's advanced tread run & working on negative chins/pulls w/ 5 lb weight b/w feet. Also plan for abs and some non-weighted leg work. My husband is coming home around lunchtime today so we'll spend some time together & go grocery shopping as a fam. Strangely, we enjoy that ;) Tomorrow is a rest day and various errands. Sunday I'll hit the gym w/ hubby and do HIIT and part of a heavy split. I have only done the new BC and shoulder/ab/calf work so I need to get on a few others next week.

I'm leaving for Destin, FL soon for the weekend. I'm not planning any workout for this weekend unless I have time on Sunday night.

I'm scheduled for CCPP tomorrow but I'm going to have to do it today because I switched my weight/cardio days earlier this week.

Tomorrow I'm doing the Cardio Coach PUMP workout.

Sunday I'm doing a light cardio and a segment from Classical Stretch.

DH and I will probably go out for dinner on Saturday night.
 
This morning I did an upper body workout. Tomorrow I plan to do first half if IMAX2, then first 2 combos of HIS (I take baby steps when learning a new DVD), then combo #4 of Amy Bento's Advanced Step Cahellenge. THAT ONE is like one long intensity blast !!!

Sunday I will either go hiking, or do cardio at home...I will have to see how the weather plays out.

I'm hoping my KCM's arrive today so I can maybe try out the stepboxing tonight and the circuit tomorrow. Then I will have to decide on what rotation to follow until my new Amy's arrive. After previewing and trying the new Amy's I will have to figure out how to use my new Cathe's, new KCM's, and my new Amy's in a rotation or two! Oops...I went WAY beyond weekend plans!
