Well, I actually have time to chat for a bit!
Tammy, I think starting out with just a few sections is fine, too. They really are tough workouts... it took me a looooong time before I was able to them the entire way through, and I had been doing Cathe, BBC among others. KBs are INTENSE! You will master it. I agree that a rest to regroup is a great idea. We all need that at one time or another.
Jane, I just filed away your crazy "I'm in Pain" w/o for a sunny Saturday - it looks AWESOME!!!! How is your dad? Any changes?
Marcy, it looks like you are having alot of fun with the SS! Does your DH do the dancing classes with you?... actually, I don't even know if you have a DH, lol! Do you? My DH is always wanting me to help him with stuff, like eating right and working out. Anyone want to guess how long that lasts?
Rhonda, yay for Bahamas! I hope you aren't thinking about us and are enjoying your trip before school starts again!
Deanie, I love the new living room. I know what you mean about warmth; my living room is centered around a fireplace and is nothing but fall colors; reds, burgundy, dark yellows, oranges... we have a rack full of blankets in similar colors and or walls are a really cool chamelion/could be mossy/could be khaki depending on what color is next to it. Our furniture is getting kind of old, but when we replace it we will get the same colors. There is just something about those colors that say "grab a cup of tea and a good book, snuggle and relax."
Gayle, how's Rascal? It's been a while and you haven't mentioned him so I am assuming he is back to normal now.
Laura, how are you doing?
Well, I feel like crap. This whole week I have eaten like crap. I have worked out like crap, if I have worked out at all. And I slept like crap. I have finally realized that it's our bed that is causing me problems, so we took it off the rail, took it off the box springs, removed the foam padding and - MAJIC! Three nights in a row of fantastic sleep.

Why didn't we think of this earlier? Our set-up was way too bouncy and soft before, and like Goldilocks I feel this is juuuuuuuust right, so I guess even crap can have a happy ending... but wait, little blondie did not have a happy ending so maybe that's a bad analogy, but I am very happy right now.
I am doing Providence today; I would like to do the pain workout, but there is no way that I can with the junk I have been eating and lack of workouts these past 3 weeks. I am unprepared. At least I know the kind of pain that Anthony will bring on.

Later on DD is running sprints for cross country, and I may or may not join her. She is faster than I am and I haven't decided if I want that kind of embarrassment displayed in front of our neighbors yet. It
would give her a confidence boost, but I am not sure she needs any more of that.
I hope everyone has an absolutely fabulous weekend. I will talk to you guys later!!!
Melissa
