Hi Everyone,

Today I did a daily burn tabata - I did bodyweight tabata + weighted tabata for a total of 1 hour (the workout is not 1 hour).

Have a great day friends and Happy St. Patrick's day. We are going out with friends tonight.

Hi Ceci, and all to follow. Today I am doing my rotation backwards :) just for the heck of it! First I did a 15 min.
Hiit cycling workout on YouTube, and just finished Kelly's CoffeyFit Raw Lower Body & Kettlebells on YouTube.
I love that workout, have done it a couple times. Next will be Cathe blender Biceps muscle meltdown workout

I read on VF that Mary is having a sale starting the 22nd I think. I found 3 more Kelly's that I
DON'T have to have :), but....if they are on sale, well, I might get them. They are TLC Train like a
Contender, 30 MTF Total Body Kickboxing, and 30MTF Kickboxing. I really like Kelly's style of
Kickboxing/boxing, she mostly does the moves at a decent pace and doesn't go like "a bat out of
Hell" :). Ever heard that ole saying?

Hi ladies,

Yesterday was a planned rest day as is usually the case on Fridays.

Today was an unplanned rest day. I wanted to workout but in the morning I was doing household chores and taking care of the baby and then Magnus had a game and after the game it was my turn to work in the bar. The bar is run by volunteers although it's not really people volunteering. Parents get assigned a bar-shift after a game every so often... and by the time we got home it was nearly dinner time. After dinner another walk... so I have walked over 14,000 steps today and burnt my calories that way. I am trying my best not to be bummed about missing a workout. It's sometimes hard to make time for it all especially as my bf doesn't share my fitness passion or obsession or whatever you want to call it.

Oh well tomorrow is a new day.

Hi everyone! Henriette I think your daily life is a workout in itself. You seem to be very active and on the go. We are conditioned mentally to think a workout is a dvd or something we stream. You my friend are getting in a hell of a lot of activity just by being you. Don’t fret. Plus, my hubby doesn’t workout either. He’s a builder and says he gets enough of a workout just going to work everyday.

Linda I think I might finally get KCM Total new body. I’m curious about “Lastics” too. It’s a stretching dvd. Mary’s sale is tempting me. One can never have too many dvds! Right?! Are you buying anything?

Siobhan I’ve never done Daily Burn. I’m surprised by my love of Cathe Live, Yvette and YouTube. I appreciate how easy it is to stream stuff. It’s been keeping things busy for me. Also.... I am a Pisces and I’m 53. I’m getting excited for you to read my cards!!

Just checkin by to say Hi! : ) Impressive job ladies on all your workouts and chores despite having weekly busy schedules!! You all know how to rock it! Very interesting to read about your classes Annette! Ceci, so glad for you to follow your dream of learning Tarot. It's very interesting to me as well. Over Xmas, I drew three of my own cards - all were swords, which concerned me, so then I had a full year ahead spread done by a Tarot reader. Unfortunately, many, many swords still in that reading. I was hoping a bumpy year was behind me. She's says there are ways I can 'change' the reading however. Have to be devoted to it. Anyway, hope you're learning a lot! : ) I'm a Sagittarius/December born in '78 (39 years old) ....if you have space, do me too. lol!!

Going to stay at a friend's tonight for hope of some sleep ...... still struggling here with less than 7 hours per week. Next step will be to elevate a make-shift bed with cables/rope and a beam on the ceiling. I think this is our best bet to get away from all the vibrating/shaking. Slowly getting it done. Nothing else has worked & when we moved, it turned into a disaster with a slum (no real heat, no fridge, etc.) landlord charging a lot. So, had to move back and starting here from scratch again. Moving is very costly. Very fortunately, I am happy that I have not had any seizures since the two I had a couple of months back. I'll be okay!!!!!
I have so many 'watch later' workouts from youtube now & cannot wait to get back to it when I can!!
Y'all have a nice weekend ...... I'll be zzzzzz tonight & tomorrow!! :cool:

Hey to everyone else and here to report in...another rotation today, started with Cathe blender Strong & Sweaty"
Cardio workout (floor & step mix).....rest.......then did a DVD programmed workout from Kelly's Lower Body
Tabatas/Kickbox-Kettlebell dvd(Heneritte, there is one loop exercise in Lower Body :) ) and finished up
With 10 min Virtual Active elliptical workout and 10 min. On the treadmill with PulseTread app.
Enough said, enough done! I'm tired.......

Hi peeps! Always great to hear from you Elsie. I sincerely hope things are getting better for you.

Linda, you also seem to do a lot in a day. Good for you. I used to work out 3 evenings a week in addition to my daily morning workout. No more. I’m pooped most days.

I thought I would do an easier workout today but ended up doing Cathes latest Live- Triple Fit. It was fantastic. Everything I love- Cardio, Metabolic Lower body, upper body then abs. It’s the kind of workout that makes me feel completely worked and pleasantly fatigued.

It WAS fun!! The first part is cardio blasts. A lot on the step but no choreography, just blasts. Then you go right into lower body Metabolic. My legs were shaking! It was great and it’s another one that went right into my favorites file!

Nice to hear from you again Elsie. I really hope you can get some sleep at your friend's house. Sorry about your health issues. You can only have so much bad luck before things start looking up again, so any day now...

So much for me saying tomorrow is a new day thinking I could make up for Saturday's missed workout. I ended up being up half the night with a sick baby.

Sunday I spent the day with a sick baby and cleaning and reorganizing our pantry. I got my steps in, but no workout. I guess you are right Peg, sometimes my day itself is a workout... just no DVD.

I also don't feel too great myself. Hope I won't get whatever virus Mick has this time.
