Hi Everyone,

I am short on time today. Was at the market early so could only squeeze in a 35 minute Cathe Live workout before jumping in the shower and heading to the office.

I hope you all get something in today. It will be nice here today.

Hey Ceci, super woman early bird! You always get so much done. Great job on getting in a LIVE! Those are great for a pick me up I find. :)

Today I did RWH UBody circuit, added some band push-ups & Jessica Smith Core Stretch.

Hope you all off to a nice weekend! Have you been on the mend aquagirl?
 
Hey Elsie & Ceci, hope your Saturday has been good. I did get my cleaning done, yay! I hope to maybe do a
Blender workout later, I'm gonna try & make myself...:) yes my back feels a lot better& stomach too, so far,
My spirits not so much.. :( hoping if I do the workout, that will help, who knows!

ETA: I did workout! I did a 30 min Low Impact Step & Weights blender mix.

Hey Ladies,

Looks like we are all getting something in! Great stuff. For me, exercise is medicine. If I didn't work out all these years, I feel certain I would have been taking some kind of medication to regulate my moods. Swear! Life has it's challenges and exercise just helps me so much (it's that darn childhood :)). That's why I encourage my DD to squeeze in even just 15 minutes/day to build the habit and see the difference in her moods. She is trying. She's into Kayla Istines these days.

Glad we are holding up the thread this weekend ladies. Have a good day. P.S. so tired. daylight savings time had my guests leaving at 1 am! I just finished working out now! yikes. late start.

I totally agree with you abt exercise being like medicine. I feel a huge difference whether or not I work out, so I was pretty bummed that I didn't workout both Friday and Saturday. Friday my calve was still cramped and once I got home from work and basketball training I was just tired and hungry.

Saturday my son had an away game so we were gone from 10 until 5 and I came back home with a splitting headache.

Today finally a day where I could get laundry and some tidying up done and lots of lazy reading. Finished my book but still have loads of magazines to catch up with. This afternoon I ended up doing 2 different Shine Dance Fitness w/o's and a 20min low impact lower body Shelly Dose. Felt great to take the time again to literally spend hours doing what I love, even though it all has to be modified due to issues with my legs and feet.

Wow, great workouts everyone! Happy to hear you got something (well a lot really! :)) in aquagirl. As Ceci is saying, it certainly is medicine isn't it!!? Can we get a ((group hug)). ;) Late night guests Ceci? I hope they brought liquor! ;)
I also had a late night & having a bit of a lazy day. Meeting someone for coffee in a few. Might get in some stretching tonight.

Everyone take care! Hope your headache gets better Henriette. Have you tried some peppermint rub/balm on the back of the neck? I find that's great for an overtired headache. Way to go on all of your weekend workouts girls!!
