I totally agree with you abt exercise being like medicine. I feel a huge difference whether or not I work out, so I was pretty bummed that I didn't workout both Friday and Saturday. Friday my calve was still cramped and once I got home from work and basketball training I was just tired and hungry.
Saturday my son had an away game so we were gone from 10 until 5 and I came back home with a splitting headache.
Today finally a day where I could get laundry and some tidying up done and lots of lazy reading. Finished my book but still have loads of magazines to catch up with. This afternoon I ended up doing 2 different Shine Dance Fitness w/o's and a 20min low impact lower body Shelly Dose. Felt great to take the time again to literally spend hours doing what I love, even though it all has to be modified due to issues with my legs and feet.
