Today I went for a Blitz 45 class:
3 rounds each; 40 seconds on, 20 off:
1. Standing rope slams
2. Bicep curls with one leg lifted
3. Side to side ball slams
4. Arnold presses
5. Band pull downs
6. Seated rope slams
7. Arm circles

3 Rounds each:
1. 300 m on rower
2. Skaters
3. Crunches with ball in the air
3 Rounds each:
1. Rotating side to side planks
2. Mountain climbers to the hand
3. Can't remember
Exhausted and feeling good! Should have taken a picture so I don't forget.
Ok, after early morning abs/floorwork for 15 minutes and hubby forgetting to set his alarm for church this morning (we still made it), I was feeling restless so I took a 43 minute walk in town at an average pace of 2.9 mph. So not bad for a Sunday.
