Today I went for a Blitz 45 class:
3 rounds each; 40 seconds on, 20 off:
1. Standing rope slams
2. Bicep curls with one leg lifted
3. Side to side ball slams
4. Arnold presses
5. Band pull downs
6. Seated rope slams
7. Arm circles
8. can't remember

3 Rounds each:
1. 300 m on rower
2. Skaters
3. Crunches with ball in the air

3 Rounds each:
1. Rotating side to side planks
2. Mountain climbers to the hand
3. Can't remember

Exhausted and feeling good! Should have taken a picture so I don't forget.

Rest weekend for me, unexpectedly. I brought down the wrong gym clothes and don't want to disturb anyone upstairs. Ach well :( I'll go do my puzzle.

Warm up - 300 m row; 10 wall balls; 15 weighted sit ups
Block 1:
1. Cardio @ 65 - 85% 60:60
2. Bear Hold 2 x
3. Superman 2x
4. Wallsit

Block 2: 40/20
1. Hammer Curls (10 lb)
2. Tricep Extension (15 lb)
3. BB Good mornings (35 lb)

Block 3: 40/20
1. Bridge March
2. Ab Dolly hamstring curl
3. Russian Twists (10 lb)

Ok, after early morning abs/floorwork for 15 minutes and hubby forgetting to set his alarm for church this morning (we still made it), I was feeling restless so I took a 43 minute walk in town at an average pace of 2.9 mph. So not bad for a Sunday.
