Good Morning Everyone,

I got in another Saturday morning workout! Yeah! I've been hustling with my admin work lately as I have increasingly less down time (where my brain functions, that is). You know what they say - if you want something done, give it to a busy person :)

Today I did a mix of 30 minutes of back/bi's with Midas MVMT and added on 15 minutes of cardio with that Sjostrom guy. I love his stuff - very Cathe like moves - but lots of 10, 15 and 20 + cardio workouts to choose from (I like them as add on's).

Nice cardio workout this morning Linda. Enjoy your weekend.

Nora - yowza on adding anything to Tabatacise. That workout is brutal but fun!
Annette - I hope you feel rested. Like Linda - I, too, like a nap but I only cat nap (25 minutes or less).

Well, ladies I have covid so not feeling up to anything. I just want to sleep but managed to get out of bed shower and take my medicine.

Annette - that two hour nap you had yesterday left me with a concerned feeling. I am sorry you have covid. I hope you're not feeling too badly. ugh. covid sucks. Take care of yourself.
 
Just a little blender this morning: "Thru the Years with Cathe" - 35 min. A mish-mosh
of segments taken from her workouts thru the years.......such fun and fun to be doing
Cathe now and then the next segment might be Cathe 10-15 years ago, etc.

Annette, I hope you & hubby will be feeling better today. Continue to rest and take

Good Morning Friends,

Today I did more Oliver Sjostrom. I just love this guy! I did a 40 minute cardio/strength workout and added on his 5 minute cool down. I will do another small stretch before I head upstairs.

Nice workout this morning, Linda. It's been so long since I played with the blender.

Siobhan, you know me too well, (concerning the long nap) and to think you got a feeling of concern just from years of posting our workouts. Shows how friendships can form even over the web. Coming from me who has had a pen pal/friend for 43 years who lives in England.

Still coughing some and sleeping a lot . Hubby is very wiped out and sweating with no fever. He's supposed to go back to work tomorrow but he is rethinking that.
