Weekend Check-in. Saturday & Sunday, September 13 & 14, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a Growingananas 40 minute hiit workout. It was tough. I will do my own extended stretch now.

Linda - enjoy your rest day
Nicki - something must be improving because you've been working out a lot more this week. WTG!
Annette - double cardio! Wowza
Nora - I hope you enjoyed your day off. You deserved it!

I won't be working out tomorrow or next week (maybe a lot of walking) but I'll try to check in if I remember.

I am taking a rest day today. I had planned to do LMR Functional Pilates but decided to take off. I have a get together with my gym friend ladies at Mellow Mushroom this afternoon. One of the girls retired last week and another is coming in from Florida. There are about 12 of us that have been working out together ~ 15 years and in the last 1.5 years several of us have dropped out due to life changes or moves, but we still get together on a regular basis. Last year we went to Savannah for a long weekend. These ladies are strong and awesome, just like you all, my Cathe friends. Too bad we all live in different places. would be fun to get together sometime.

Used: 10, 15,20 pound dumbbell pairs & mat

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycle- LIVE - 45 Min Cycle Workout = 50 Min
