Good morning everybody!

Nora, what a great workout yesterday!
YT- Phoenix Nation - 30 Minute Jump Rope Workout + Abs for Weight Loss = 31 Min
CrossRopes Ropeless 1/4 pound Ropes Don't think I've done that one..........may I suggest another one that
I have on my schedule to do in the upcoming weeks: on YT, Crossrope's channel, it's called 30 min. Cardio & Abs with
Ropeless Rope & Dumbbells with Simone. As far as I could see, it's all standing abs. Looks fun to me! She uses a
regular rope, but before each segment, she shows the Ropeless modification. Might want to check it out......

Leslie Sansone- Walk It Off In 30 Days- Burn 30= 31 Min
with 2 pound walking weights each hand Good ole Leslie! She's one we can't forget!

Cathe 4DS Kickbox- Lower Body Weights = 31 Min
Tough one, its been a while and still challenging. Sounds great!

Pretty much a rest day. Went shopping for new casual shoes that won't hurt my feet and while walking through the mall my phone registered a 10 minute workout.

Ended up not finding anything after 5 stores, sigh. Came home and ordered 2 pairs from JC Penny in hopes that they work. Getting older with feet issues is no fun and not wanting old lady shoes.

Anyway, I think I am leaning towards doing weights 4 days a week doing a light day(using 12.5 pounds or less for most things), a moderate day using 15 - 20 pounds and a heavy day using mostly over 20 pounds. I plan to incorporate a cable day to add variety. And cardio 1 day too. Or cardio might be done with the cable day we will see how it goes. I am sure this will be tweaked as I get into it.

Hi girls, Rest day here. College Football claimed me today watching my team. Lots of good College Football games today.

Annette- Wow, great workout plan moving ahead. Sounds like a good way to mix things up. Happy shoe shopping, I hope you found a comfy pair.

I totally agree on the old lady shoes. I have a very small foot and look in children's sizes. There are no good-looking kid's shoes that I will wear. LOL

Nora, Saturday was football day for me as well. Started with LSU and Vandy, then OK and SC, Ole Miss and UGA (GO DAWGS!!) and ended with Alabama and TN.
 
Hello, Ladies!Yesterday was football for me all day long after I got an early start and got my oil changed. That was my one chore I had to do before I allowed myself to watch football.

Today, Macy and I went for a 2.16 mile walk for about an hour - she had to stop and smell everything. Now, I'm going to organize workout room while I watch NFL.
Supposed to get rain later this afternoon.
