Siobhan, Boho Beautiful Pilates for 45 minutes - I'm looking forward to trying out the new Pilates DVD from the new series if my legs cooperate. I've decided I need to go to the doctor. I thought initially it was just a sore muscle but not for six weeks. I've been looking on the internet to see if I can get any ideas, but there are so many potential causes of leg pain.

Annette, I also took a rest day yesterday because of all the football games! I did some housework - my house went back on the market yesterday! Hoping for a speedy sell and finding my new forever home.
