Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, November 29 & 30th, 2025

Good Morning Ladies,

It's the last weekend of November. Geesh. Where has the month gone?

Today I did a mix of about 20 minutes of 2.0 bicep single parts premix. I added on 15 minutes of blogilates abs.

Linda - the mall was already filling up yesterday by 10am so I was glad to have finished my shopping by then :)
Annette - it seems you are taking it a bit easier this week

Good morning all!

This is a rest weekend.....but, I did do a short workout this AM, Leslie Sansone's "One Mile Booster Walk
with her soft hand weights- 16 min. Just to get the body moving! :)

stores were busy yesterday, I wanted to go to Walmart for some grocery items, but decided against that!
Hope I can venture out this morning sometime, it's cold, cold, cold here..........Brrrr............
 
Siobhan, between my hubby being home and my tooth being pulled, yes, this week was hit or miss. Since hubby likes to do things or go places together when he's off and his birthday was also this week, workouts were on a back burner.
 
I am back to report that I just finished doing the same Leslie One Mile Booster Walk that I did this morning, but this time I used a different “booster” :). I used 1 lb weighted
balls for the 16 min. Workout. In this workout, everyone basically is using a different
booster, you follow the person that is using what you picked, either Leslie’s Ab tubing
belt, her soft hand weights or her weighted balls.
