High Step Challenge, accepted. That was bonkers. I haven’t done it in a long, long time. Definitely a tough one, but soooooo good. Modified and paused where needed but did way more than I thought I could. Impressed myself, especially on abs.

Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. Nice workout yesterday Linda. And uhhgreed Anita - Cathe's High Step workouts are tough.

Today I did a mix of 2.0 for biceps (38 minutes). I added on the remainder of Hoco bootcamp for 15 minutes. Hoco literally turns your arms into Michelle Obama arms within days.
